  • The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Items must be unused and unworn.

  2. Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for supporting documentation, such as photos of the damaged or incorrect item. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping /Delivery . We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issue.

  5. Resolution:

    • Refund: If the returned item meets our policy requirements, a full refund for the item's purchase price will be processed. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.  
    • Exchange: If you wish to exchange the item for a different one, please indicate this when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the replacement item is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded.
