Dr. Barbara Sturm's Winter Kit calms and nourishes the skin throughout the cooler months. The 6-step kit routine contains a selection of Dr. Sturm's essentials which work in tandem to leave your skin thoroughly hydrated and ready to withstand the elements.

How to use
Cleanser - Dispense the foam into your hand and apply to your face in circular movements. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Use in the morning and at night.
Face Mask - Apply the mask generously to your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes until it has dried. Then gently rub it off. Use two to three times a week.
Calming Serum - Dispense a few drops and apply to your face to soothe your skin.
Night Serum - In the evening, apply a pipette length to the palm of your hand and spread over your face.
Face Cream - Apply in the morning after using the cleanser. Gently pat into the delicate skin around the eyes.
Lip Balm - Smooth onto your lips. Apply it generously after exposure to the elements.

Cleanser - purslane, urea, aloe vera, panthenol, mild tensides.
Face mask - kaolin, sweet almond oil, purslane extract, aloe vera leaf juice, vitamin e, chamomile
Calming serum - echium plantagineum, sunflowerseed oil, cardiospermum extract, purslane extract, sweet almond oil, vitamin e, panthenol.
Night serum - purslane extract, hyaluronic acid, beta-glucan, cotton thistle extract, cassia alata leaf extract, tropical reed extract, poria cocos, plankton.
Face cream - purslane, skullcap, vitamin e, panthenol, squalane, sheabutter, corn oil, moisturizer (sorbitol, glycerin).
Lip balm - vegetable oil, lanolin oil, beeswax, shea butter, avocado oil, cocoa seed butter, coconut oil, sunflower seed oil and vitamin e.
